I have the Call Forward assigned to another number to call when I am out of the office but would like to add a DND key to have calls go to VM when I am in a meeting instead of the phone ringing?.....Frank

i have never used this, but i understand that you just add a key with DND

DND is set onto an extn by the the console , the console requires a key programmed for this , it selects a loop key then the DND key and dials the extn number to be put in DND mode,presses the DND key again then releases the loop.
A digital set could be given a MSB key (make set busy), when activated any call to that extn would recieve busy tone
