Is there an AMO to turn off/on the DND feature on an analog phone?
thx
Monica

For what system?

##5 works on Hicom 300 systems.

HiPath 4000. I want to remotely (via the Expert Access or Assistant or whatever?) turn off DND. It gets activated on analog phones on our factory floor in any of our remote locations and I would like to just be able to turn it off from here at corporate instead of having someone go to the phone and press the ##5.

Is there a Master list of AMO's/command lines somewhere that I can refer to?

Try this on the 4000:

DELETE-ACTDA TYPE=<param>,STNO=<number>,
FEATCD=FWD,[CFVAR=<param>],[DTYPE=<param>],
[ITYPE=<param>],[SI=<param>];
| FEATCD=DND

So in your case:

DELETE-ACTDA:STN,1234,FWD;

(with 1234 being replaced by the extension in question).

Thanks, I'll give this a try next time it happens.

Do you know if there is a master list of all the AMO's or commands? You can do just about everything in Assistant but sometimes knowing the command lines is necessary.

Just the big huge AMO reference manual, and a cheat sheet I have that cross references the AMOs from the 9006 systems I'm more familiar with into the rough equivalent of what they are on the 4000, which is fairly useless to someone who doesn't have the older system.

If you go into help in expert mode, or maybe it's in the macro section somewhere, I believe there is a list of commands you can enter.
