Do I need a static IP address?

I am going to Install Small Business Server 2000. Do I need a static ip address from my ISP or will Server 2000 run happily without it?

Thanks for your reply, Microsoft recommend 2 Nics for ISA to run, can I run ISA without an additional NIC?
