Do I need a crossover cable to connect PRI to TMDI card

I am using an old option 11 cabinet to back up priority phones for an option 61 we are taking down for maintenance issues. Card and cabinet is built and was working recently at another site. I cannot establish connection with PRI. DCH has green light, clocking is red and I get a intermittent red alarm. Should I use a crossover cable to TMDI card?

If you didn't need one with the 61 then no you don't need one with the TMDI. Does your card have a Clock Card mounted on it?
