Hi, maybe its a stupid question but there is no harm in asking ( I might save some money here :). We have backup exec 9.1 and we are now upgrading to version 10. Do we need to buy the Remote agent licenses too or will the older ones (9.1) still be valid for version 10?

No older license will not work in 10. You need to purchase new license/numbers.
