A 'decompiler' will probably work.
A disassembler in the hands of a competent RE expert can also work, although it would take somewhat longer.

to put it plain, you wont get CPP source as HLL text. but u can get an idea what the exe is doing, including many C API references , with a good disassember. I'd strongly recommend IDA, u can find version 4.03 Pro together with the key on the web.
anyway u'll need LOTS of brain work.
