I have an all Win2K network with AD and two domain controllers. I want to run DNS on the second DC in case the first one kacks (it's getting old). The first is currently running DNS with forwarding and all is fine. The only problem i get when I start DNS on the second DC is that you cannot connect to the Exchange server with Outlook. This problem only seems to happen ON the second DC, all other users still connect to Exchange fine.

Anyone seen this b4?

How do you have your DNS set up? Is this an Active Directory Integrated Zone? Are you using Primary and Secondary DNS servers? Need more information.

I forgot to set up DNS forwarding and use itself as primary DNS server. All is fine now
