DNS windows directory

Hi;
I have installed a Activ Directory DC (ntserver.othasle.)with AD integrated DC , on my segment 192.168.1.0 (server ip 192.168.1.2)
and i have a child domain (otstov.othasle.) with a DC (ntserver2.otstov.othasle.) also AD integrated.
but when I see the configuration on the (othasle.) I dont see any _msdcs,_sites,_TCP,_UDP KATALOGS !!!
but when i see the child domain (otstov.othasle.) there i see those katalogs, and when i try to map (from a client at the subnet 192.168.2.0 (ntserver as Dns)) a share on the ntserver2 , a get an error, i dont have probles if i use the ip adress .
I also have errors on the replication, could some one give me an advise ? can i just create this catalogs my selv ?
I can send screenshots oh the configuration i necesary.
