DNS switch problem

Hey,

I have a domain name registered and hosted the website with host company A. Now I decided to change the hosting company to company B. I changed the domain registration information and direct the domain to Company B's name server. It has been 1 week since I made the change. Now ether web browser or ping tells me the domain name are jumping between 2 hosting company's IP address. This after noon give me the content on company B's server well next day it gives me the content on company A's server.

Can any of you give me a hint on how to solve the problem please?
