DNS Suffix -- Exchange 5.5 header

All my outgoing email header information have the name of the Exchange machine plus my domain name in the header file...is there a way to hide or change the domain name to something else?

How can I manipulate the Exchange server to not show the domain name in the header information, instead to show the netbios name or nothing at all???

thanks for any help...
