I had to create a Trust with another domain in our facility. I added the DNS server on the other domain as a forwarder in my domain and the trust was set up successfully. But now internet browsing has slown down to a crawl. If I remove the forward, it speeds up again. How would I add another domain into DNS without using forwarding? Could I use a host file or something?

I would just copy the zones between to 2 DNS servers create them them as secondaries. I wouldnt use forwarders for this type of setup. Just set each DNS server to copy the zone accross from the other.
