DNS Server Kaput

I'm not sure what happened to the DNS server a few weekends ago, but it has just absolutely died.
RPC (DNS's only dependency) is running fine.. and haven't seen any errors on it. DNS Server in Event Viewer says "DNS Server has started" but in Services, it doesnt show it as being started, and when you try, it gives the dependency error 1075. When this issue first began.. it was stating that NTLMSsP could not be found.. well, it's not in Services.. and it looks like it's been wiped out completely.

I forced the DNS into all of the machines here.. but now the servers aren't replicating, I'm having authentication issues on one of the servers, and I can't add any users to groups on the Exchange Server because Active Directory isnt replicating.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
