DNS Server IP addresses

On the Server properties for (NT 4.0) DNS, the Interfaces tab has:
"DNS Server IP addresses, If none specified, DNS will operate on all server IP addresses."

I've been taking it for granted (assumed) that I should enter the ip address of the DNS server. Is this necessary, or should this include all of the IP addresses for all of the DNS servers. Or left blank?

What do you have?
