DNS reverse lookup

i was having a look around reverse lookup and i found there are duplicate PTR records same ip addresses with different machine names!!!

will this cause me problems ??
how do i update to clear duplicate PTR's

Make sure that you have DNS scavenging turned on and functioning properly. We have DNS set-up to scavenge old DNS records every 7 days.
