DNS Reset Pop-up

I am working remotely from home and having the following problem. When entering passcode into Extranet Access Client and hitting enter, I immediately receive the following informational pop-up:

ResetDNS():Service Control Service() - Get last error

This just started occurring.

Have looked through the help for Extranet but have found nothing.
