We are trying to set up a website that is hosted by a ISP with a name like myschool.myisp.net however it is limited to 10MB so the rest will be on a webserver on a win2000server(the main one(has a proxyserver too)) in the network. also a the content of that 10 MB is stored on our webserver so we don't wan't that our computers try to access the remote site.To remind the users that the same site is also avaible from outside we wan't to keep the same (sub)domain. It also has some dynamic content(only on our webserver)
Doing this can hopefully our 30 day data trasfer limit 10GB wich we used to exceed whole the time.
I already heard here that there are problems if you use a domain that already exist on a DNS server, but is there a way around this?
