Currently I have an exchange 5.5 server that runs OWA. Whenever a user accesses they can use OWA on the 5.5 server. Now I would like to add an Exchange 2003 server to the mix. How can I do that. Internally, if I go to I can get to the 2003 OWA. However, from the internet, I cannot access it. Is there any way that I can have external users access OWA on the 2003 server?

No. I couldn't find any information on how to do that.

Is this a live Exchange2003 server? Is your Company's mailboxes on an Exchange 5.5 server or Exchange2003? If you do have mail coming into your Exchange2003 mail server then you would add an MX record on your DNS server. Open your DNS, expand your forward lookup zones, right click on your domain and choose "New Mail Exchanger (MX)". You will enter the IP Address of your Exchange 2003 server.

This is a live 2003 server. All of the mailboxes are on 2003 now, however we are still running in mixed mode. We haven't completely cut over to the 2003 server.
