I have a really strange problem that I don't know where to begin.

We have three domain controllers in our environment. All of them look to have the correct settings (when comparing them to each other setting by setting). All of them will resolve internal names just fine too (host.localdomain.com).

However, 1 of the 3 will not resolve ANY names from the internet, like
It seems to be like the server having the problem is only talking to itself and never checking any of the other servers.

I really need some help on this, I'm a DNS newbie and I suspect I've either got something screwed up in the settings, or I have a corrupted DNS database on one of my servers (if that is even possible). Can someone please help?

Compare the following with your other DNS servers;
1. Do they use forwarders to point DNS server requests to another server
2. If not check the root hints tab to ensure that you can see all the DNS root servers on the internet

Hope this helps
