Hi all,
I hv a Dell running RedHat, running as DNS server.
It was working fine until I had to change the domainname and IP of the box. After changing, the DNS does not seem to work already.

As far as I can recall, we just hv to change the resolv.conf, named.conf, <domainname>.zone and <reverse-ip>.in-addr.arpa.zone files only, right?

Anything I hv missed out?

Actually, what shld be the contents of resolv.conf?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi,
After I hv copied the zones files to /var/named/chroot/var/named directory, the DNS works again. Thanks all for your kind attention.
