DNS not syncing properly.

We have 4 DNS servers - 2 locally and 2 at a remote location linked via a T-1. 3 of the servers have records that agree and 1 has more records than the other 3 and seems to have all the correct data. We have to sub nets 10.10.10.x and 10.10.11.x. The 2 10.10.10.x servers info matches as well as one server in the 10.10.11.x network but the 2nd server on the 11 network seems to have all the data for both the 11 and 10 network. We have tried making the 3 servers secondary to the 1 server that has all the data but that doesn't work. We are running AD integrated with all servers being primary. Is there a way to rebuild DNS or a way to get all these working correctly. We also have WINS running on 2 of the DNS servers. This has ran fine for many years. Any help that you all could provide would be much appreciated.

Have you tried to go in manually and sync all servers? Try both dns and wins database.

We have tried manual syncing the DNS and WINS numerous times and have had no success. I believe WINS may be the problem but am not sure how to clear it all out. I have looked at my DHCP servers and they are on the money with the address and machine names but that infomation doesn't seem to be being pushed to the DNS and WINS servers.
