I just wanted to check a different source real quick. I am having some issues with accessing certain websites through DSL but not dialup. The ISP is telling me that the problem is due to my being in a new IP pool and some DNS servers are not yet recognizing some IP pools. This should be fixed relatively soon. Is this what is causing the error or could it be something else?

It could be that your ISP's DNS servers are set up to only accept DNS requests from certain IP pools and this new pool hasn't yet been added. You could try using some other DNS servers.

Chris.
