DNS Forward lookup zones disappearing ?? Event ID 4005

Is this possible w/out someone's knowledge ?

issue is we found that our zones were totally gone in DNS, like someone deleted them manually,

1. is this possible ??
2. can zones be deleted/removed automatically w/out intervention ?

3. is there a way to find out who would of done this ?

we found a dns entry that this zone was active directory "Integrated"


thanks for any help
