DNS event ID 4015

in my 2k3 server, the DNS error log is filling up with the following error with ID 4015:

"The DNS server has encountered a critical error from the Active Directory. Check that the Active Directory is functioning properly. The extended error debug information (which may be empty) is "0000218D: SvcErr: DSID-031B061F, problem 5002 (UNAVAILABLE), data 0". The event data contains the error."

I've searched the MS knowledgebase, but there's not much in there about this error.

Anybody have a clue what to do about this?
