DNS errors, Windows 2003

I have two windows 2003 servers setup, Both are DC's.
I want the 2nd DC to have a mirror image of the 1st computers DNS.

I have set this up with the wizard windows provides. But I get nothing but errors on the 2nd computer. I've tried the windows support site, but nothing seems to work.

my event viewer is filed with these errors.

Event ID: 4000, 4013, 40960, 29, 24, 38, 14, 1053, 1054
