DNS errors connecting to websites

I have just upgraded my domain from a mixed NT/2000 Domain to a Windows 2003 Active Directory. I am having an issue trying to connect to

http://www.yahoo.com.

I always get "The page cannot be displayed" at the top and "Cannot find server or DNS Error" at the bottom of the page. I have successfully connected to the yahoo site using its IP address. When I ping

http://www.yahoo.com,

I get the following...

C:\Documents and Settings\administrator>ping

http://www.yahoo.com

Ping request could not find host

http://www.yahoo.com.

Please check the name and try again.

All other web sites seem to be working fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you setup and external DNS server as a forwarder on your AD DNS server?

Yeah I used our ISPs DNS servers as forwarders, and they work fine when configured on the local PC. Should I be using another external DNS Server as a forwarder?
