DNS error 7063 - download patch - where?

I have an error showing in the event log, the URL below describes the error perfectly to save me explaining to you all (basically a non - recursive DNS error)

The URL talks of a downloadable patch but I can not see where to download it from and the MS support contact looks like it will take till next week - so I thought I would ask here instead

If anyone can give me any suggestions as to a fix and/or where I can get the download I would be greatful. I am off to do battle with Microsoft
