DNS Design Document

I'm install a Windows 2003 Active Directory Enviroment.

Is there a document that explains the DNS design for AD for my network infrastructure.

I host two domain names via a WAN in two cities. I unsure how I should configure the DNS base on design not the actual process.

So is there document or URL that explains design / strategy document for dns/ad.
