If I enter DNIS numbers and names in SCCS DNIS section and has named the DNIS in LD 95, where does the SCCS acquired Phone set display take the DNIS name from?

From the SCCS database. Whatever you name the CDN/DNIS in the SCCS is what will be displayed on the phoneset. LD 95 has nothing to do with SCCS phoneset displays.
