DND not working on 5410 & 5420 phones on 7.023

Setup DND ON button via user rights. DND ON button on every phone does not work even though manager shows that is programmed, short code *08 doesn't work either. If I delete user from user rights group and assign DND ON to phone it works fine. Any ideas out there

I saw this bug way back in 4.1, looks like it's back. Have you tried "copy user rights value to users" option instead of applying the user rights?

Downgrade to .12. The 7.0.23 is a flawed release, it will be pulled soon....
