I think it can but the MD only holds records for about 6 months possibly 12. I use ppm & pdm and find it much easier to set up traffic recording.

Performance manager uses the existing recordings and creates new ones a lot easier. You just synchronise it, like Extension Manager, and it picks up all the existing programming.
It also performs a schedule every night to download the traffic data to the SQL database.
