Everyone,

I just give a regular maintenance of adding and deleting the phones. I am trying to add this model 2616 on the TN 7 11 with Ext: 5676. Each time i try to do it, it gives me an error of sch0375 as follows:
TN 7 11
ECHG yes
ITEM key 00 scr 5676
SCH0375

It doesnt matter which key i try to map, its the same error. My phone is mapped exactly the same way and is working fine on TN (6 1). HEre is what i have configured the new phone with:

Even when i try to copy my ph TN to the new TN with different DN it gives me the same error. I have tried different DN's as well but no go.

If anyone can see what i am doin wrong? any suggestions? Please let me know if you need more information and thanks for all your help.

qahsan.

thanks bigindian65:
i tried what you said and no go:
TN 7 11
ECHG yes
ITEM key 0 scr 5676
SCH0375

thanks jamie2 - what is dnb and how can i find it? thanks.

dnb is your extention, in ld 11
req
:prt
TYPE:LUDN
CUST:0
DN - put in 56 - hit enter, make sure 5676 is on the list of unused DNs

Try printing 5676 in LD 23. Sounds like it is a ACD/CDN?

Ld 23
prt
acd
0
5676

Actually, do what Jamie said:
LD 11
prt
dnb
5676 - enter thru

5676 could already be a MCR, or SCN

thanks again.

here is what i get when i do what jamie2 says:
CUSTOMER 00 - UNUSED DNS:
560 561 562 563 564 5654 5655 5669 5678 5683
5689 5691 5693 5694

so i guess its being used by some other?

in Jamie's defense, he didn't say prt the unused dn, he said to prt the dnb, which would have said ACDN. Texas hold'em anyone?

Gahsan, next time print the DNB and not the LUDN of the DN in question and it will show you it was an ACD with all the position id's associated.

DN 5676
CPND
NAME ACD
XPLN 27

O.K....I'll go with that bigi! I just got paid, so let's see how much I can lose.

thanks everyone for their help.
it has solved the problem. i have found a dn that is not a ACD etc. Thanks a bunch again...
