Hi All.

Hopefully this is a quick question, and I'm just not following the steps correctly. But can someone explain to me how Element Manager and Subscriber Manager determines what DN's it has available to it? Is it just from LUDN? Or is it something like a CSV file that I'm missing somewhere?

Essentially with have a range from 2000 to 2999 that are available as in-dial extensions. But if someone with little experience uses Subcriber Manager or Element Manager, well it's just picks up the first available DN, which could be just 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and anything in 1 (5 digits). 5,6,7,8,9 are ranges not used, well we dont have them used anywhere hence the 1 digit extension, 1 is for internal numbers and system numbers, hence the 5, and 3 and 4 are for our other sites.

Cheers,

Trent
