Hi Everyone,

I have a strange issue with one-X portal and AES compatibility.

I have installed UC environment:
ACM - 5.2
AES - 4.2
one-X portal - 5.2.1
It works fine. The Validation Toll tests passed OK and all the services work properly

Now I need to setup the new installation:
ACM - 5.2
AES - 5.2 (the newest release)
one-X portal - 5.2.1
Before I installed the one-X portal software I used the Validation Tool to verify the AES and ACM configuration.
The TSAPI test passes OK but the DMCC test always fails!

The configuration of AES (5.2) is the same as in my previous installation (AES 4.2). It seems that the new AES release (5.2) works in a diffrent way for DMCC (CMAPI) services.

On Validation Tool I see message:
CMAPI: Check Making,ONHook, and Dropping a call - Failed. null

I verified the AES logs for DMCC tests. The output below:
2010-06-16 11.44.09,127 com.avaya.workflow.impl.RouterImpl routeRequest
WARNING: A service method threw an Exception when invoked!
ServiceMethod: com.avaya.platform.broker.impl.ServiceMethodImpl@df416[com.avaya.cmapi.extsvc.H323TerminalServices@13b5a3a, public com.avaya.csta.binding.RegisterDeviceResponse com.avaya.cmapi.extsvc.H323TerminalServices.registerDevice(com.avaya.csta.binding.RegisterDevice) throws ch.ecma.csta.errors.CstaException]

java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

I think the key information is "Illegal combination of MediaMode and teleCommExt". But I competely don't know, what is the reason of this issue. I use the same settings (stations, ACM switch) as for AES 4.2.

Any ideas?

Regards
Pablo
