DMC one-way audio on handsets

Hello,
We have a DMC080 installed on a MICS 7.1 and the handsets have a problem with one-way audio intermittently. It happens on all handsets. We have 2 antennas. If we power cycle the DMC080, the audio comes back for a while. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks, Dave

What type of antennas do you have? Is it 2 basestations or a base and a repeater?

What type of handsets are in use? The '20's have been MD'd. The trouble I've had with them has been battery life, and intermittent signal loss, but I'm curious about any other issues that may arise with these.

We have 2 base stations, and 3 7420 handsets. I think what we have determined is that is was a power problem. We picked up a UPS and we connected all the Norstar equipment to it. We also noticed that there was a "site wiring fault" indicator on the UPS, so we have asked the contact to check out the electrical wiring to the ac outlet.
