DLT stays offline

Hello,

Can someone explain to me how I could bring my DLT library back online? I recently changed it from one that was broken and I re-started the services but in the device window it still shows my old DLT and the new is offline. The option to enable it is grayed out. This is for veritas 9.1.

Delete it out of backup exec first then restart the backup exec services.
Have you confirmed the Medium Changer and Drive are showing up in the WIndows Device manager

Also make sure you have the latest drivers installed since your replacement unit may be identified as a new device
