DLL fail to load in Win2k

I get this error on boot: Logon User Interface DLL - NWGINA.DLL failed to load, and it just hangs. Short of ghosting or reinstalling Win2K, any ideas anyone? Thanks.

Do you have the Novell client installed on the PC? A Google search turns up numerous references to Novell.
