Hi! I have a machine running as Web/Mail server.
My mail server is exchange 5.5 SP3. I want to transfer the mail server to a new one with a different name and ip and keep the old computer as web server. I ve read some faqs and posts but i dont think i m in the same situation with the others.
The current Web / Mail server is also PDC
Is there something i should pay attention to?
Should i add the new server to the site and then remove the first exchange server.
Would it be best to install the new exchange server to a member server of the domain or another pdc?
Any faqs or papers to read?
