Hi group I have a simple question and don't know if it is possible to do. Can I have all calls done by a particular group of extensions be diverted to a specific trunk?

I want normal extensions to send calls following the ars table but if a user on an extension of this group makes a call the system routes them to a specific trunk.

I am already dealing with codes but I don't want the users to have to dial a code to access that routing/trunk. I would prefer it to be more transparent for the users.

Thanks for your help!

rbordeaux,

the key word is 'route partitioning'. search the forum, there was a lot of information on this topic.

Create a FRL that will only use the trunk you want them to use. Set this FRL on the Trunk. Then create a COR and set the same frl there. Then assign the users to this cor.

Hope this makes sense
