Div Layers

Hi All

I have just been introduced to the world of Myspace unfortuantly, and have decided to custom design my own space. I am using basic DIV layouts which is working well, as this is MySpace I have been told Iframes and Javascript are not allowed and can get you suspended. So I want to use DIVs. At the moment I have 8 Div layers, but what I would like is all these layers to be positioned on the same area and only shown if the appropriate link button is clicked, so basically a menu and page system. Is this possible?

Secondly is it possible to populate a DIV layer from an external source, txt or HTML file?
