Please let me know if any one used DIUN card for Vedio conference purpose in Hipath 4000 K
Kindly share view with hardware require like NT detauls

No reason why it won't work, it just depends what you are connecting to the 4K, i.e what interface, trunk or subscriber, and can you match the protocol.
Any ISDN video I've seen on 4K has been using STMD, SBCSU S0PP. But I have seen other devices connected with DIU, with SBCSU S2PP.
I think you need to know a little more about the partner device.
