Distribution Lists for internal use only...??

Hi... I would like to be able to restrict the use of our distribution groups for internal company use only. There have been some incidents lately where receipients external to the company have been copied in on an email and by using the 'Reply All' feature they are able to send email to internal distribution lists.
I have removed the SMTP address' for all the distribution groups but this does not prevent outsiders using the 'Reply All' feature when they have been copied in on an email.

Does anyone know if there is a way of locking this down with Exchange 5.5??? Thanks for your help.

Go to properties of the DL, inside the "accept messages from" box, list all internal users. This will send all external senders to the turf folder if you have one, else they will be ndr'ed.
