I have an e-mail that I would like to send out to quite a few of my clients (about 250). I would like to send it so that each recipient only sees their e-mail address and not everyone elses. The list of e-mail addresses is on an excel spreadsheet. Does anyone know how I can do this without typing or cutting and pasting each email individually. Thanks in advance for your help.

Do you use Outlook? Word? What version do you have?
If you have access to Word 2002 and Outlook 2002 (the XP product), you can use the Mail Merge feature to send out the emails using your Excel spreadsheet information.
