I have about 10 distribution lists I have to set up in Exchange 2003. Each one of these lists has a moderator who needs to approved the message for delivery. (In past I used mailman with postfix). The most important for this moderator approval is my total-personnel. [We've had some employees try to sell their car or send out pictures of their newborn to the other 500 users so the moderator is needed]
Right now I have the total-personnel@school.edu being delivered directly into the moderators mailbox; after he appproves it he forwards it to AllEmployees@school.edu (A query baded distribution list) . His primary account is the only account permitted to send AllEmployees@school.edu
I would like however for him not to have to forward the message to another account, just approve it and let it be delivered.
Does exchange support moderator approved distribution lists and I just can't find out how to use them? Or do I have to use third-party software to achieve this?
Obviously since Exchange runs on a DC I don't want third party software there, but will if necessary.
Thanks for any help
