We've just removed the Exchange 5.5 from our network (after a coexistance with 2003). The 5.5 server is off, but hasn't been removed from the admin group yet. Email seems to be working fine, but when sending to some distribution lists, the message appears in the client's sent box, but it is never delivered.
In the message tracker, the events shows that after being submitted to the MTA, the
"Message rerouted to <old5.5mailserver> (originally to (unknown))
What does this mean and how do I fix it?
