Distributing a powerpoint PPS

I've made a PPS that includes Sounds in Custom Animations but when I send it to someone else, they can't hear the music.

I noticed that the music is played from a file on my computer. What is the process to distribute all the required files?

Use pack and go from the file menu as your easiest method to ship your presentation around.

Once you've "attached" you rsound file to the animation on the Effects tab, Entry animation and Sound section, it becomes part of the show once you save. You shouldn't have any trouble getting the full effect on other machines (provided they have speakers/sound cards...)
