distinguishing PTR ?

Spam Cannibal is indicating that our PTR record is not distinguished and refuses to remove from there blacklist. What is a distinguishing PTR or nondistinguishing PTR record?

I believe that it looks script generated or generic. Also it is in a block of PTRS that are similarily named.
