Hello, I've been asked if this is possible:

If a person has two DNs assigned in his 2616 phone, say 6400 and 6401. If the person has an established call in the DN 6400, and someone calls the DN 6401, is it possible that this caller could receive a different tone so he can know that the called person might not answer because he is already in another call?

Thank you in advance for your help

the caller can look at the display IF they are using a pbx.. ie one number to call per phone.. so the caller see's the call lhk..

you can marp the secondary independently and use a unique fna target..

if my cust wanted that, i would quote ricoa
