Hello!

I have a query which returns multiple records to a user. I can't figure out how to display checkboxes instead of True/False fields in the results. Are there any list controls, or grid contols that allow for displaying boolean fields as checkboxes or similar graphical representations on a form? If there aren't any built in controls in Access 2000, are there any Third party controls that anyone has experience with? Thanks for the help!

First you want to create a yes/no field type for your field. Then in design view of your table for that field, set the format property to True/False. Then on your form you will create a check box control bound to that field. True means the check box is checked, and False obviously means it's not checked. You can query this field by simply using True or False as your criteria.
