Displaying Problem

Hi to All,

I have to fix old report in v.8.5.

The report contains information on Header page, Details section and subtotals on Groop footer. On Report Footer is subreport - 1 line only. All data is from Simply Accounting.

The users want it to be displayed on one page. When one-two records in details section, it is displayed on one page, but if 4-5, the subtotals are displayed on second page, but more than 1/3 of first page is empty. I suppressed sections that are not used. But it does not help.

Can you help me please? Thanks.

Right click the subreport and select Format Subreport and turn off Keep Together, also do this for each section of the main report (may have to also do so for the subreport sections).

Thank you very much -k for your reply. I tried - It does not help.

I really can't understand why on the left side of the grid, where the numbers are supposed to continue until 27.5, the grid is white until 19.5 and rest of it (until 27.5) is gray. The report is dsplayed just until 19.5, the rest seems to be locked and unusable.
