I have a report that works out how long a procedure took (simply by subtracting the end date from the start date. I need crystal to show me the occasions where this time was the longest the shortest and what the average time was. I've got it to display either the max or min by grouping and performing a select on the group, but I've no idea how to get both to be displayed. I think I can deal with the average as a static record at the end of the report - just need to know how to get the min AND max records to be displayed. Thanks.

Displaying only Max, Min and average records

If you are using a group selection formula to get MIN / MAX individually, you should also be able to use an OR in the formula to put in both MIN / MAX as criteria. Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting
